First Vice-President George E. Jones 443-562-1143 George E. Jones is the elected First Vice-President of IAFF Local 964 in his first term of office that will expire on January 1, 2013. George is a twenty-one year veteran of the Department and Fire Lieutenant of Truck Company 18, quartered in our Walbrook Station (410-396-0420) on Baltimore's west side.
